Five players to watch

My friends have left me.  They're on the way to South Bend, leaving me home to watch Big Ten Friday Night Tailgate  (ughhh).  So I'm dusting off an old podcast bit I used to do...who are the top players to watch this week?  Who, if he has a big day, will be a top the waiver wire selection next week?

Here are the players that I will be paying close attention to tomorrow.

QB Aaron Corp, USC - Can Aaron Corp do enough against Washington to create a quarterback controversy?

QB Kirk Cousins, Michigan State - Michigan State is going to have to throw the ball to win, and the opinion amongst most is Cousins has done enough to deserve four quarters against Notre Dame (well at least my opinion).  Does coach Mark Dantonio feel the same?

RB Tre Newton, Texas - Owners have been pinning their fantasy hopes on countless Longhorn backs over the last two years.  This week's spotlight is on redshirt freshman Tre Newton"He's a stud, he's a playmaker, and when he gets his chance to go in there he's going to play well," Texas quarterback Colt McCoy said earlier this week.

WR Lyle Leong, Texas Tech - Week two fluke or week three trend?

TE Travis Kelce, Cincinnati - Will the big tight end find paydirt on the ground this week against Oregon State?  If so, he'll be a household name for college fantasy football owners Sunday morning.
