Full Week One Rankings & Projections l More Sit & Starts

Take a look at my BCS Starts at wide receiver/tight end. Just take a look: Damarlo Belcher, Ryan Whalen, Kashif Moore, Darvin Adams, Beau Reliford and Michael Egnew. See any huge names there? Of course you don't, because I'm there for you all you conference-only college fantasy footballers. And among my non-BCS starts I recommend a guy in Jameel Owens who hasn't played in forever. Never let it be said that I take the easy way out.

Not only that, but once in a while I'll provide a high-budget video (see below) where I'll talk you through my thought process when I get tired of writing more drivel. Just don't pay attention to the fact that a voice can be heard even when my lips stop moving, and vice versa.

The games are finally here!

Start Em!

BCS-Only

Damarlo Belcher, Indiana vs. Towson

No Tandon Doss + Inferior foe = breakout.

Ryan Whalen, Stanford vs. Sacramento State

No Chris Owusu + Inferior foe = breakout.

Kashif Moore, UConn @ Michigan

Randy Edsall knows what he is doing.

Darvin Adams, Auburn vs. Arkansas State

Look for Adams to pick up where he left off in 2009, when his season concluded with big games against Bama and then Northwestern in the bowl game.

Michael Egnew (TE), Missouri vs. Illinois

Injury woes at the receiver spot and the loss of Derrick Washington for the season mean the Tigers will need some weapons to step up. How about a Chase Coffman impersonation there Michael?

Beau Reliford (TE) Florida State vs. Samford

We'll call this a hunch. Ponder should throw for a bunch, and Reliford may surprise those in a tight end crunch.

All-120

LaVon Brazill, Ohio vs. Wofford

BoBo Brazill has improved his numbers with every season, and Wofford ranked 112th in FCS pass efficiency defense...out of 118 teams.

Maurice Shaw, Idaho vs. North Dakota

One of my preseason targets. NFL size and speed. One concern is that he has been dealing with a minor hamstring issue. Shouldn't be enough to keep him from lighting up the North Dakota secondary.

Jerrel Jernigan, Troy vs. Bowling Green

Don't care who's throwing the ball, Jernigan will get his.

Jameel Owens, Tulsa at ECU

Another hunch play. Chomping at bit after nearly two years off field. Sounds ready to roll.

Juan Nunez, Western Michigan at Michigan State

Nunez helps anchor a veteran/talented wide receiving corps out of Kalamazoo, and he'll face a Michigan State pass defense that almost slowed down a team's passing game last season.

Sit Em!

BCS Only

T.J. Moe, Missouri vs. Illinois: Too much preseason love; I'll wait and see.

Derek Moye, Penn State vs. Youngstown State: True freshman quarterback may be more apt to tuck it and run.

Jock Sanders, West Virginia vs. Coastal Carolina: It'll be The Noel Devine Show.

Randall Cobb, Kentucky vs. Louisville: Week One Grudgematch...I'll pass on this one.

All-120

Casey Robottom, Tulane vs. SE Louisiana: Gotta show he knows where the end zone is a bit more.

Landon Cox, NIU vs. Iowa State: Too much Chad Spann, not enough to go around for the Huskies.

Brandon Wimberly, Nevada vs. Eastern Washington: Coming off a minor knee injury, the Wolfpack will give Wimberly a little break and go wild on the ground.
