Part II of the 2011 Athlon magazine mock draft diary.  It was a 20-round draft with 12 teams and an all-120 player pool.  Starting lineup consists of 2 QBs, 3 RBs, 3 WRs, 1 Flex, 1 TE, 1 K and 1 D. You can view the full results here, or better yet, pick up a copy at your local newsstand.

11-8) Isi Sofele, RB4, Cal

Not much consideration here. He's a wildcard, but he was next on my list.

Other Considerations: Ed WesleyMarc TylerParis CottonJohn WhiteSavon Huggins & Jerrell Rhodes

Favorite Picks of the Round: Tyron Carrier, Kelvin Bolden & Chandler Harnish

12-5) Ed Wesley, RB5, TCU

Wesley had over 1000 yards rushing and double digit touchdowns in 2010, and I still feel like he could do more. The backfield is still split, but they should lean on the ground game more this fall. At least that is what I'm telling myself.

Other Consideration:  Marc TylerParis CottonJohn WhiteSavon Huggins & Jerrell Rhodes

Favorite Pick of the Round:  Tyler Shoemaker

13-8) Ross Apo, WR, BYU

Just not in love with the RBs left on the board so I went with a WR, and another super sleeper to boot. Quarterback Jake Heaps should be much improved, and I expect the redshirt freshman Apo to lead the Cougars in 2011.

Other Considerations:  Kirby Moore, B.J. Cunningham, Josh Huff &  Michael Bowman

Favorite Pick of the Round: Roy Finch & Alabama D

14-5)  D.J. Shoemate, RB6, UConn

I will admit, I was caught up in a moment of weakness. He was lower on my list and probably has less upside than the others below, but in the heat of the moment I went off my board and took him.

Other Consideration:  Marc TylerParis CottonJohn WhiteSavon Huggins & Jerrell Rhodes

Favorite Picks of the Round: Tyler Bray

15-8)  Kirby Moore, WR6, Boise State

Tyler Shoemaker and Geraldo Hiwat are better prospects, but they are already off the board. He's another gamble, but he's also the brother of the starting quarterback. I think I'm done at WR.

Other Consideration:  B.J. Cunningham, Josh Huff & Michael Bowman

Favorite Picks of the Round: James Rodgers & Marc Tyler

16-5) Jimmy Stevens, K1, Oklahoma

He locked up the starting job in the second half of last year and racked up loads of points. He's in an explosive offense, but he's not just an XP machine, he'll kick FGs, too. Still plenty of RB7s on the board, so there was no reason to wait until the mad scramble for kickers in Round 20.

Other Consideration:  Paris Cotton, John White, Savon Huggins & Jerrell Rhodes

Favorite Picks of the Round: Aaron Murray & E.J. Manuel

17-8) Savon Huggins, RB7, Rutgers

I liked all four of the sleeper RBs left on the board, but only had room for one.

Other Consideration:  Paris Cotton, John White & Jerrell Rhodes

Favorite Picks of the Round: Josh Huff & Tyler Lantrip

18-5) Ohio State, DEF

The Buckeyes fit with Virginia Tech perfectly. When the Hokies take on ECU in Week Two, Ohio State plays Toledo. When Virginia Tech is on a bye in Week Ten, Ohio State takes on mighty Indiana. And if the Hokies young front line fails me, I've got a sturdy D as a backup.

Other Consideration:   Ryan Radcliff

Favorite Picks of the Round: Russell Wilson...what if he finds a new home? Wow. Kenjon Barner is a nice LaMichael James insurance policy.

19-8) Ryan Radcliff, QB, CMU

Last year was a known rebuilding year for the Chips and Radcliff still threw for over 3500 yards. Like Cody Wilson, he just needs to boost his TD production.

Other Consideration:  Ted Bolser & Philip Lutzenkirchen

Favorite Picks of the Round: Da'Rick Rogers

20-5)  Dion Sims, TE, Michigan State

If I had any inclination he would be drafted, I would have taken him sooner. Big time upside.

Other Consideration:  Ted Bolser & Philip Lutzenkirchen

Favorite Picks of the Round: James Franklin...potential steal of the draft now that he is the clear starter
