2012 College Fantasy Football Draft Kit
We have 2012 projections! This is the only place you'll find projections for nearly every player in all 124 FBS teams.
Based on spring camps, news, notes and many of the preseason magazines, we've projected stats for at minimum the two-deep for every FBS team. In most cases -- especially the BCS teams -- we've projected every player. For a few of the less relevant schools we didn't bother to project the 8th WR off the bench.
Keep in mind there are still kicker and quarterback battles yet to be won. Except for the Oregon QB spot -- which is a key fantasy position -- our projections match who we feel is the starter as we head into fall camp. Be careful with new kickers!
For the case of Oregon, we have both Marcus Mariota and Brian Bennett projected/ranked the same as they are both viable fantasy options at this point. Once we start to get a feel for who will win the job -- or worse, split snaps -- we'll adjust the projections accordingly.
Of course doing projection for 124 teams is like mowing a 100-acre lawn. Once you get to the end it's time to start again. We'll be tweaking as usual up until the start of the first games -- great example, Isaiah Crowell -- especially as camp news filters in this fall.
A couple of side notes: 1) The defensive rankings were messed up in the projection upload. We'll get that corrected as soon as possible. Corrected 2) Rankings are based on a 12-game regular season. Including teams affected by the "Hawaii rule" and play 13. 3) As many of you already know, we won't be doing weekly rankings/projections or in-season content this fall. Only the preseason content and Draft Kit. We appreciate all the emails we've received over the last couple of weeks!
Enjoy!
