ACC Injury Report - 9/8

The ACC played a lot of cupcakes last weekend, and as a result, most starters were able to rest some to most of the day, and there aren't many fantasy relevant injuries to report.  What glorious news!

Johnny White, RB, North Carolina - No news has come out of Chapel Hill to suggest White has anything more than a few bruises, mostly to his ego.  White's playing time was limited against LSU due to a gimpy ankle, and a few fumbles.  The 'Heels don't play this week, so there is no reason to doubt White's availability for Week 3 against Georgia Tech.  His spot on the depth chart however, is a different discussion.

Graig Cooper, RB, Miami - As we noted earlier today, Cooper is"probably out" for this weekend's showdown against Ohio State.  If your team was relying on Cooper for RB help this weekend, this news probably won't change the outcome of your matchup.  Cooper sprained an ankle or a knee, depending upon who you ask, last Thursday and it's anyone's guess as to when he'll return.

One final injury of note - yours truly!  The trip to FedEx Field Monday for Boise-Virginia Tech was a blast.  Nothing gets the season kicked off like eight hours of tailgating!  But getting home at 3 am, and up by 6:30 the following day is brutual.  And being the genius that I am, I had a 10:30 tee time!  I assume I'll recover quicker than Coop, and impact your fantasy team more as well.  Check back Friday for late breaking injury updates, but otherwise feel free to run anyone from the ACC out their like you normally would this week.
