More carries for Ray Graham?

October 26, 2011

Pitt running back Ray Graham had a season-low 12 carries in Week 7 against Utah. "That's something we've got to do is get the ball in Ray Graham's hands," quarterbacks coach Todd Dodge said. "Our offense is one that can go several different directions and play to the strengths of the team we have and those are the things we're concentrating on. Obviously we're much better when Ray Graham touches the ball 20 times a game, whether it be running it or receiving it out of the backfield."

Fantasy Impact:

Graham was suffering a bit from a hamstring injury, which likely attributed to his low totals against the Utes. The good news is Graham isn't listed on any injury reports heading into tonight's contest against UConn. With a few extra days to rest, look for him to be over the 20-carry mark this week.
