Roy Helu Jr. limited to noncontact drills

Nebraska running back Roy Helu Jr. (shoulder) has practiced all week, but has been off limits for contact.

Running backs coach  Shawn Watson said Helu will be ready to go against Texas Tech.  Which reiterates what head coach Bo Pelini said early in the week.
