Ok State is a tough call. If I had to gamble on someone it would be Clint Chelf, but that's all on potential right now. Nick Foles has a decent finishing schedule and has great potential in the future. I picked him up in one league for stretch-run support recently.
I think you have to put Zach Collaros as the heir-apparent in Cinci right now. The offense will look a bit different with him at the helm no doubt. I don't put it past Brian Kelly to make it work though.
