ESPN's Heather Dinich lists Boston College quarterback recruit Chase Rettig as one of her newcomers to watch.
Even though Rettig is on campus and will compete in spring practice it seems unlikely that he will unseat stater Dave Shinskie. Shinskie didn't have a great year, but he has experience and is eight years Rettig's senior.
