South Florida kicker recruit Marvin Kloss was arrested on Friday and charged with grand theft.
Kloss was expected to walk-on to the Bulls' squad and compete with kickers Chris Veron, Eric Schwartz and Maikon Bonani. Looks like the playing field just got a little easier for the other three.
