New Michigan Athletic Director David Brandon moved into his office today, and he reiterated what many college football fans already believe: that this is "a big season ahead" for the Michigan football program, and of course embattled coach Rich Rodriguez.
While the new Michigan offense hasn't been the pro-style attack we came to know: one featured top tailback, tight end and wide receiver, the new spread attack hasn't been the cause of the Wolverine issues over the past two years. It's been a defense incapable of getting off the field that has led to two bowl-less campaigns.
