UConn coach Randy Edsall said that quarterback Zach Frazer will be "the number one guy" as the team starts spring ball.
Though he's #1, Frazer will have to hold off Cody Endres. Either way the UConn quarterback spot hasn't been a fantasy hotbed of late.
