With the departure of Clemson tight end Michael Palmer (43-507), Dwayne Allen tells The Post and Courier he's ready to assume the starting role: "I'm a starter and I'm looking forward to playing."
That fact that Allen is excited about more playing time isn't really fantasy news-worthy; however the fact that Clemson loses so many pass catchers from a season ago means that Allen will have plenty of opportunities to snare passes from Kyle Parker.
