Oregon running back LaMichael James pleaded guilty to one count of physical harassment (a misdemeanor) on Friday. He was sentenced to 24 months probation and 10 days in jail.
The good news is that he had the four other misdemeanor charges against him dropped. The bad news is that he must still wait until this afternoon to see what punishment the University will also impose on him. It would be surprising if he wasn't suspended for some games this fall.
