Oregon coach Chip Kelly has suspended quarterback Jeremiah Masoli, according to The Oregonian's John Canzano via twitter. Masoli pleaded guilty to second-degree theft earlier today.
This is obviously big news and it opens the door for Darron Thomas to take over the starting job.
