Offensive coordinator Paul Chryst is anxious to see how much Curt Phillips and Jon Budmayr push Tolzien this spring. We don't think this will be much of a battle. Tolzien established himself as one of the top quarterbacks in the Big Ten, if not the country, last season. He is highly underrated by the national pundits and the only thing keeping him from becoming a household name is Wisconsin's run game.
