MLB Scouts starting to size up Parker

Clemson quarterback/outfielder Kyle Parker's hot start on the diamond may be generating a buzz among MLB scouts.

Here are the facts.  Through 14 games, Parker is hitting .396 with six homers and 16 RBI.  I plan to have more on this in an upcoming article, but having worked in baseball scouting/player development for a few years, and my gut tells me that while Clemson coach Dabo Swinney is counting on Parker putting the pads on this fall, that may not be in the best interests of this young man. So Tajh Boyd may be one to monitor this spring and summer.
