South Carolina quarterback Aramis Hillary returned to practice following last week's alcohol-related arrest.
Hillary isn't out of the legal woods, and TheState.com reports that Hillary and his brother (CoCo) want to exercise their Constitutional rights with a jury trial. The sophomore is battling for the backup job to Stephen Garcia.
