USC running back Marc Tyler had 154 yards on 17 carries and a touchdown in the Trojans win over Hawaii.  Unfortunately, the Trojans went to the air in the red zone or else he would have had a monster night.

Tyler came from the bottom of the depth chart this fall to claim the top spot and did nothing in this game to suggest he won't keep it.  Allen Bradford ran for 52 yards on eight carries (mostly in the fourth quarter) suggesting Tyler has a pretty good grip as the top back.  Of course, Dillon Baxter is eligible next week so things might change.
