Texas receivers Malcolm Williams and Marquise Goodwin tied for the team lead with four receptions each. Williams had 77 receiving yards while Goodwin finished with 50 through the air and 15 on the ground.
With the Longhorns focusing on the run, no other wide receiver had more than one catch. There had been question as to who the top receivers would be for Texas, and for now, Williams and Goodwin seem to be the guys. Even so, it's hard to recommend starting either one if the emphasis on the passing game continues to decrease.
