Washington State running back James Montgomery was held to 32 yards on 10 carries in the loss to Oklahoma State. He fumbled after gaining five yards on the first play of the game.
Montgomery is a great story but not recommended in fantasy. He is going to split carries with Logwone Mitz (10 carries for 17 yards and a touchdown) and the Cougars are always losing, which doesn't provide him enough touches. Look elsewhere unless you are absolutely desperate.
