Maryland's new offensive coordinator Gary Crowton shed some light on what type of offense we can expect to see from the Terps under new head coach Randy Edsall.  Crowton says "My true inner nature [is] I want to be exciting and open and fast-paced" and that he was sort of held back by Les Miles while at LSU.  Crowton went on to say that he hopes to strike a 50-50 balance of run-pass in the new offense.

The Terps have a rising star in quarterback Danny O'Brien but don't think that they will abandon the run.  Crowton had Harvey Unga while at BYU and he did very well in the run game.  The offense should help O'Brien and Davin Meggett put up some nice stats.
