Arizona State quarterback Brock Osweiler showed off his arm strength, but also his touch during the Sun Devils' second practice. Osweiler threw a ball to George Bell that only Bell could catch and then hit Jamal Miles on a deep sideline route.
Osweiler could be the cog that finally makes this offense hum and is one to consider on draft day.
