North Carolina running back Ryan Houston has been primarily a short-yardage specialist but after redshirting last season, he is expecting to be more of an every-down back.
Houston certainly has the size to withstand the rigors of being a feature back and did pretty well in 2009 when Shaun Draughn went down with injury. Look for the Heels to lean on Houston as they break in new quarterback Bryn Renner.
