The highly contested competition to fill Jacquizz Rodgers' cleats has lost a candidate in Jordan Jenkins. Jenkins suffered a torn labrum and will miss the rest of the spring. This leaves the battle between Ryan McCants, Jovan Stevenson, Malcolm Marable, and Terron Ward.
Right now the competition is still pretty wide open so Jenkins had a good a chance as anyone but now he will have to wait and try to focus on rehab. McCants is currently listed as the top back but my pick to win the job is Stevenson.
