In the Colorado spring game, there were familiar names putting up yards as Tyler Hansen was efficient at quarterback and Rodney Stewart ground out rushing yards but there were a few surprises too. One was leading rusher Josh Ford who toted the rock 17 times for 164 yards and a score. If that wasn't enough, tight end Kyle Slavin caught some eyes with his three catches for 50 yards and two touchdowns.
Stewart is still the top back but guys like Ford and Tony Jones have worked hard to siphon a few carries. As for Slavin, he is one to file away for the late rounds of draft day.
