The Houston Chronicle reports that four Rice football players were arrested last week in three separate incidents. Defensive End Cody Bauer and OL Cade Shaw were popped for having a firearm in their apartment. Cornerback Kevin Gaddis was nabbed for weed and stealing stuff, while his defensive backfield mate Phillip Gaines had some weed on him but apparently did nothing else.
We've seen plenty of non-BCS squads crash the BCS party...can Rice put it all together and make a run at The Fulmer Cup? Only if they tackle future weeks with the same ferocity of the past week.
