After being buried on the depth chart, Cal quarterback Beau Sweeney has decided to move on and will transfer to a FCS school where he will be eligible to play immediately.
Sweeney was never going to leapfrog Zach Maynard or Brock Mansion so it is best that he takes his talents where they can be used.
