North Carolina wide receiver Brendon Felder has decided to transfer from Chapel Hill to Pittsburgh in an effort to take care of his ailing grandparents. Felder will petition the NCAA to allow him to be eligible to play in 2011 since he is transferring for family reasons.
Felder redshirted last year but was considered a three-star prospect coming out of high school. Felder could make an impact in Todd Graham's wide open offense right away if determined to be eligible for this season.
