New Mexico safety Deshon Marmon was arrested at San Francisco Airport for wearing baggy shorts and having his boxers exposed. Marmon refused a request to pull up his shorts and was asked to leave the plane. U.S. Airways has a dress code that forbids "indecent exposure and inappropriate" attire, according to a spokesperson.

According to Marmon's mother, the 20-year-old was returning from the funeral of a childhood friend who'd been shot to death and was in an emotional state. He was charged with trespassing, battery and resisting arrest. He is being held on $11,000 bail and has an arraignment scheduled for Thursday.
