Rivals.com just put out a list of players who figure to bounce back in 2011 after a lull in their collegiate careers. Houston wide receiver Tyron Carrier looks to record another 1,000-yard season after doing so his first two years as a Cougar. Quarterbacks B.J. Daniels and Jacory Harris started their careers off on high notes and look to have big senior seasons. LSU's Jordan Jefferson was atrocious last year and needs to bounce back in a big way for the Tigers to challenge for the SEC (and possibly the BCS) title game.
Now that James Cleveland has moved on, Carrier should be a lock for 1,000+ yards. In the new offense under Al Golden, the margin of error for Harris should be a lot larger while fellow Floridian signal caller Daniels should be much improved in his second year under Skip Holtz. Down in the Bayou, LSU got rid of Gary Crowton (who was snagged up by Maryland) and brought in quarterback guru Steve Kragthorpe who has already started remolding Jefferson.
