Iowa State defensive back Earl Brooks was arrested Sunday morning and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was observed driving down the wrong way on a one-way street.
Brooks only had 1 tackle last season for the Cyclones, so this shouldn't really affect things for the ISU defense; the secondary is expected to be solid without him. A suspension is likely upcoming for the senior.
