Among several position battles brewing at Kansas State, coach Bill Snyder said he expects running backs John Hubert and Robert Rose to push former high school All-American Bryce Brown in fall practices.
Snyder finally has some depth to work with, including at secondary, in the trenches, at linebacker and at wide receiver. Brown should still be the guy in the backfield, but it'll be nice to see some battles at practice to amp up the intensity at K-State.
