Nebraska prized quarterback recruit/stud baseball player Bubba Starling is being held out of practices while he continues to negotiate with the Kansas City Royals.
As ESPN.com's Brian Bennett notes, even if Starling rejects the Royals in 2011, the signal caller will still be well behind Taylor Martinez and others. This makes it very unlikely that he'll see significant snaps this year should he remain in Lincoln.
