After losing four receivers over the course of the summer, redshirt freshman Bryant Jackson, who was recruited as a safety but also played wide receiver in high school, will spend the next few practices working with the offense.
It's hard to project exactly how Jackson will fit in at receiver - or if he'll even play at wide out this season - but it just goes to show how desperate the Longhorns are to find receivers. We'll see if he sticks on the offensive side of the ball in the coming days.
