UCF quarterback DaMarcus Smith has still not been able to join his teammates in practices
Smith is still seeking approval from the NCAA Clearinghouse so that he can officially join the Knights. Smith was rated the No. 11 quarterback in the 2011 recruiting class and a four-star prospect by Rivals.com. He would likely back up Jeff Godfrey in 2011 if he were to join the team for the season.
