The logjam that is the West Virginia running back competition lost a player yesterday as Daquan Hargrett decided to transfer over a lack of playing time. Hargrett, who played in seven games as a redshirt freshman last season, finished the year with just 14 yards on three carries.
Hargrett is a smaller back (5'6", 188 pounds) but his speed would have been a nice change of pace in the WVU system. His departure may not be a major issue given his lack of experience, however.
