After having the workhorse Harvey Unga for 3 years between 2007 and 2009, it appears BYU head coach Bronco Mendenhall is satisfied with having a running back by committee for the Cougars this season.
While the BYU rushing attack last season managed to rack up a decent yardage total, only J.J. Di Luigi put up usable fantasy numbers. Don't expect his carries to go up this season while he is splitting time with senior Bryan Kariya and future workhorse Josh Quezada. There is a silver lining for Di Luigi. If you are in a points per reception league, Di Luigi could be a late round steal as he is the Cougars' leading pass catcher, and could be used more this season as a slot receiver.
