USC wide receiver Markeith Ambles has not been practicing with the team while taking summer school classes to stay eligible. The class session is over, but he's not been declared eligible as of yet.
Ambles was certainly in the conversation for playing time at wide receiver. However, if he continues to miss time, it may be harder to push his way into the lineup early in the season.
