Seeing his first extended throwing action of the fall, Utah quarterback Jordan Wynn looked solid, though not outstanding, in the team's first scrimmage. Wynn hit on 9-of-17 passes for 152 yards and a score in the scrimmage.
Wynn said the surgically repaired throwing shoulder held up just fine and that he felt very positive about the first live action of the season. His 26-yard scoring toss to Luke Matthews was right on target. Wynn continues to make progress after a spring and summer of little throwing.
