Rice starting free safety Travis Bradshaw has suffered an undisclosed injury that will end his career, coach David Bailiff said Saturday.

Bradshaw is believed to have aggravated the injury during practice last week and underwent medical tests.  Senior Xavier Webb moves up the depth chart into the starting spot at free safety, and junior Denzel Wells will shift from cornerback to safety to provide depth.  Needless to say we wish the best to Bradshaw and this is a huge blow to the Rice defense.
