Smith producing in Wyoming scrimmages

Wyoming's quarterback battle between Brett Smith and Adam Pittser has produced some interesting numbers. In the two scrimmages the team has had, Smith has the better of it statistically, hitting on 39-of-51 passes for 483 yards, four scores and one pick. Pittser's completion percentage (35-of-46 -- 76.1 percent) is nearly the same as Smith's, but he has produced no scores.

If you're going strictly on production, the two have completed the same percentage of passes, but Smith has been more productive where it counts -- putting points on the board. Right now, it looks like Smith's job to lose.
