While running back Marcus Shaw had a good afternoon in USF's scrimmage on Saturday, taking the first step towards earning the third spot on the depth chart, he's not the only option. One possibility for USF: moving either Joel Miller or Lindsey Lamar from receiver to running back.
Lamar would be an interesting possibility given his speed, and the fact that both have prior experience at the position should help matters should USF make a move.
