Reports out of El Paso are that wide receivers Mike Edwards and Cliff Tucker are going to burst onto the scene in an effort to replace the production of stud receiver Kris Adams.

The early returns are reasonably spectacular according to one Miners writer.  Edwards' work ethic has raised the bar for all the receivers as he's already working in with the first unit.  Tucker looked fantastic in Saturday's scrimmage, catching two touchdown passes and a bomb on jump balls.  These are two receivers to keep an eye on considering how explosive offenses under Mike Price have been in the past.
