Temple quarterbacks disappointing

Temple held their first scrimmage of the fall over the weekend, and head coach Steve Addazio was none too impressed with his play under center.  Said Addazio, "Young guys (were) putting the ball on the ground.  Older guys throwing it up for grabs.  I don't want to see turnovers."

Presumed starter Chester Stewart sat out the scrimmage with an injury, and former walk-on Mike Gerardi worked exclusively with the top unit.  This is obviously to be avoided at all costs, as there is a lack of clarity and talent.  The real problem is that lack of talent is going to hinder the upside of wide receiver Rod Streater.
