Stanford kicker Jordan Williamson is leading the kicking race with Eric Whitaker. Coach David Shaw said he's impressed with Williamson, but is in no hurry to name a winner.
Right now, Williamson is the odds-on favorite to be the opening-day kicker, but there's certainly room for the competition to last into the season.
