Among the practice notes on Tuesday was the observation that UConn wide receiver Nick Williams had another solid outing. With Isiah Moore and Kashif Moore atop the depth chart the Huskies need others to step up with three receivers having transferred. Williams could be one of those guys.
Williams made his contributions on special teams last season as he returned a pair of kickoffs for scores. He'll have chances in that area as well as on offense this season given the recent transfers.
