North Carolina State wide receiver Everett Proctor has decided to transfer, according to the Raleigh News & Observer.
Not much to see here, just making sure those in the deepest of ACC leagues don't draft a departed player. No word on where Proctor will resurface, but it shouldn't matter from a fantasy perspective.
