QB Lantrip impressive in scrimmage

Nevada's first scrimmage of fall camp was a good one for quarterback Tyler Lantrip. He threw for 161 yards and a touchdown on 7 of 11 passes and ran for a score as well.

Head coach Chris Ault has already hinted at Nevada throwing the ball more this season with the strong armed Lantrip, but the pistol offense isn't going anywhere. It's nice to hear Lantrip having early success on the ground as well. He won't be Colin Kaepernick, but he certainly can put up great fantasy numbers.
