Missouri's passing game wasn't at its sharpest during Thursday's scrimmage. James Franklin was 11 of 18 with no turnovers, but the man who was thought to back-up Franklin, freshman Corbin Berkstresser, was 11 of 25 with two picks.
Ashton Glaser had the best day of the Tigers' quarterbacks (8-13, 107), so this should give him a boost in the battle to back-up Franklin. Scrimmages are the best way to judge what team's have before the season begins, and Berkstresser simply hasn't been getting it done.
